Promoting Community Health and Prosperity

Foundation for Community and Capacity Development (FOCCAD) is a local non-governmental organization whose head office is located in Nkhotakota. FOCCAD exists to improve the health and livelihoods of young adults, women, and children in hard-to-reach areas. We do this by providing transportation and logistical support from communities to health facilities for women, children, and young adults to access different HIV and AIDS-related services. We also deliver outreach services through door-to-door and community health agents.
